Global Strategy and Transactions expert with close to 3 decades of diverse, cross functional & cross sectoral global experience, leading multiple transformational projects, raising capital, driving FDI and strategically advising some of the leading global organisations and governments.

Mahesh currently also serves as the Special Economic Advisor to Narok County, Republic of Kenya and has been promoting ‘Special Economic Corridor’ initiatives with participating states in India, USA, Kenya, and UAE. He is handling FDI projects with a cumulative investment value of USD 750 million, all these projects have been conceptualized by him and then taken to global investors.

Mahesh founded LiveBean in 2006 in India and guided the firm’s evolution over the years from global expansion to a strategic merger and then re-emergence. 

Besides, LiveBean Mahesh has had an extremely satisfying & well accomplished career with some of the most respected global brands like KPMG, PWC, DHL and Expeditors. He has managed business across Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East. At KPMG he was the Managing Partner leading overall Management Consulting comprising of 6 practices across Eastern Africa, whereas at PwC he was heading the Strategy and Operational Excellence practice. He has held multiple executive and industry vertical leadership positions, like vertical leader for Government, Healthcare, Telecom-Media-Technology and Manufacturing sectors.

In his career Mahesh has led multiple Strategy, operations and transaction projects ranging from market entries, corporate strategies, enterprise architecture, tech strategy & deployment, employee value creation, supply chain management, CRM, public service delivery, smart cities, health services transformation, outsourcing, strategic acquisitions, post-merger integration, capital raising, board advisory and family business transformation.

Mahesh is a global citizen with strong global networks, and is passionate about creating eco-systems to facilitate Geo-Economic collaborations based on true economic drivers, while making significant social impact.

Deep expertise in value creation for private equity/venture capital and high growth organizations, Arun has been running high impact engagements as an international value creation consultant across industries for the last two years. Prior to that Arun spent a decade with a leading private equity fund as a Vice President in the Operations and Value Creation team. Arun also worked for two years in the consulting industry with a US operational consulting firm running international projects and managing strategic alliances. Arun has been at the forefront of cutting edge consulting and operational excellence initiatives, driving rapid growth across multiple sectors: Financial Services, Telecom, SaaS, Telecommunication, Consumer Goods, Agriculture Industries and Real Estate

Deeksha has over 23 years of in-depth experience across the full spectrum of People Management in large global organizations and at the same time in supporting start-ups and small & medium enterprises.  She is currently a Director at ‘ISDM’ a social purpose organization heading their people management portfolio building people management industry benchmarks

In her earlier roles, she spent over 9 years with a Boston based firm, where she held multiple senior management roles in the HR domain ranging from talent acquisition and development and workforce planning & deployment. As a global Director she managed and led senior member teams across India and USA. She also has over 7 years of experience in executive hiring with an international search firm

She also serves as a mentor and advisor to a few social sector organizations like SEWA and Udayan Care. She assists them in developing their overall strategy & annual implementation plans, streamlining processes and raising funds. She has advised multiple SMEs in India & Kenya, to structure their systems and processes to become more effective and deliver superior result, across sector: technology companies, consulting & training firms, agri-businesses and financial services.

At LiveBean Partners, she plays a critical role in the Private Equity Operations practice, by helping unlock the true people potential through strategic hiring and streamlining people processes like – performance management, learning & development, compensation policy, building high performance work culture and other such interventions

She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from University Of Madras and a Bachelor of Engineering(BE) from Thapar Institute. She is extremely passionate about ‘making long term sustainable impact’ and as such her areas of interest are social and impact investments
